(c) Mutation
(d) Mortgage
(e) Sale Permission
(f) Gift Permission
2. Online Payment System through NTRP is for making Payments for the following purposes :
(a) Conversion
(b) Demand
(c) Ground Rent
(d) RTI
3. e-Dharti Geo-Portal is for a GIS based system to manage the properties effectively and efficiently. This also makes the entire system related to the properties transparent and fast.
