Objected :Objection: I am to refer to your application for NOC received online through e-Dharti Portal of this office. On scrutiny of documents, it is observed that the property is being used as commercial/mix use whereas, as per terms and conditions of lease deed/conveyance deed, the land use of the property is only for residential purpose. It is a violation of the terms & conditions stipulated in the Lease Deed/ Conveyance Deed. In view of above, it is requested to clarify whether prior permission/change in land use of the property (residential to commercial/mix land use) has been obtained from this office and if so, furnish relevant documents. Further, if the permission for land use change has not been obtained from this office, necessary explanation for using the property as commercial/mix use may be furnished to enable this office to take further necessary action in the matter.
